About Wrap Each Line
Turns a plain list into marked-up lines: <li> items, quoted strings, Markdown bullets, SQL values. The prefix and suffix are taken literally, so spaces in them are kept.
This is the counterpart of Unwrap Lines, which strips the same prefix and suffix back off.
